This policy explains what personal data SceneCoding collects for SceneWA, why we collect it, and how you can contact us.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, company name, email, mobile number, GSTIN, billing address
- Payment data: amount, invoice details, Razorpay payment/order IDs. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs. Razorpay processes those as a payment aggregator.
- Usage data: login, rules, message logs, media you upload, social posts you schedule
- Support data: emails, WhatsApp chats, and contact-form messages
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies needed to keep you logged in
3. Why we use it
We use data to create and activate your workspace, take payment, issue GST invoices, provide WhatsApp and social features you enable, give support, prevent fraud, and meet Indian tax and legal duties.
4. Sharing
We share data with: Razorpay (payments); Meta, Google, and LinkedIn when you connect those accounts; email/SMS providers if used for invoices or alerts; and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers used to run SceneWA. Access is limited to authorised SceneCoding staff who need it for support or operations. We use HTTPS. You are responsible for the strength of your password.
6. Retention
Account and invoice records are kept for the life of the account and as required under Indian tax law (typically eight years for invoices). You may ask us to delete a workspace after all dues are cleared, except records we must keep by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing info@scenecoding.com. We will need to verify the request. You may also write to the grievance officer at info@scenecoding.com.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage for login and company switching. We do not use advertising cookies on the public site.
9. Children
SceneWA is a business product. It is not directed at children under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
