Delivery / shipping policy

1. No physical shipping

SceneWA is a cloud software subscription. We do not ship parcels, devices, SIM cards, or printed material as part of the standard product. Courier timelines therefore do not apply.

2. How the service is delivered

After Razorpay confirms payment, we create your company workspace and email login details to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is electronic, to that email, and in the web dashboard at https://scenecoding.tech/login.

3. Delivery time

Access is usually instant after successful payment. If automation is delayed, we complete delivery within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST). If you do not receive the email, check spam or write to info@scenecoding.com.

4. WhatsApp number connection

Connecting WhatsApp Cloud API uses Meta’s process and your own Meta Business assets. That step can take extra time depending on Meta approval. It is not a SceneCoding shipment delay.

5. Service area

We sell primarily to businesses in India. The software is accessed over the internet from any location. Billing is in INR.

6. Failed delivery

If login details do not arrive within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact info@scenecoding.com or 9731837998. We will resend access or refund as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
