Terms and conditions

By paying for SceneWA, creating an account, or using https://scenecoding.tech, you agree to these terms. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

1. Seller

2. Service

SceneWA is hosted business software. We provide access to a dashboard for WhatsApp Cloud API automation and/or social publishing, as selected at purchase. Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp remain third-party platforms. You must comply with their policies. SceneCoding does not operate WhatsApp and does not guarantee delivery of every third-party message.

3. Account activation

After Razorpay confirms payment, SceneCoding creates (or assigns) a company workspace and login. Access is usually instant and in any case within 24 hours of successful payment, subject to payment capture by the bank. You must keep login credentials confidential.

4. Fees, GST, and renewal

Prices on /pricing are in INR and exclude GST unless marked inclusive. GST at 18% is added at checkout. The first payment typically includes the one-time setup fee plus the first month. After that, the monthly fee is payable in advance. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after the paid-through date plus any stated grace period.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use SceneWA to send spam, phishing, adult content involving minors, or any illegal content; to scrape or attack systems; or to resell SceneWA as if you were SceneCoding. You are responsible for the WhatsApp and social content you send.

6. Customer data

You own your business data. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis to message the contacts you upload.

7. Intellectual property

SceneWA software, branding, and documentation belong to SceneCoding. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the workspace during a paid term.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, SceneCoding is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost leads, or third-party platform outages. Our aggregate liability for a paid term is limited to the fees you paid us for that term.

9. Cancellation

You may stop using SceneWA at any time. Cancellation and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting your statutory consumer rights.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 working hours and resolve them within 30 days where possible.
